About the event
The Relationship Skills Bootcamp is a two-day workshop where you will learn essential skills from Relational Life Therapy (RLT)—the radically effective approach to relationship therapy created by internationally recognized therapist and bestselling author Terry Real. RLT is known for its ability to spark profound, lasting change in individuals and their relationships.
Through lectures, small group discussions, and personal reflections guided by Dr. Amelia Romanowsky, PsyD, and Nikki Loscalzo, Ed. M., senior RLT therapists trained by Terry Real, participants will learn how to build the practical skills to build healthier, more intimate, more meaningful relationships.
Our Relationship Bootcamp attendees will learn to:
- Shift out of the automatic, raw, knee-jerk reactions that make conflicts impossible to navigate.
- Recognize why our attempts to connect and communicate with the people we love often drive us further apart.
- Learn how to maintain healthy self-esteem and intrapersonal boundaries and set interpersonal limits.
- Learn how to respectfully and lovingly share their feelings and advocate for their wants and needs.
- Develop strategies for cherishing and appreciating the people they love.
